Can i request a specific brand or product?
In an effort to provide an all in one smoke shop as well as an encompassing experience, we do allow our customers to request that we source and stock any specific products or brands that we might not carry. Please contact your local High Limit sales staff for additional info.
Is there a minimum for deliveries?
There is no minimum order requirement for deliveries, but only orders above $35 qualify for free shipping.
What is the minimum age a customer has to be in order to purchase a product?
We only serve customers who are 21 years of age and older in an effort to comply with State and Federal regulations as well as to promote a safer environment in our local community.
Do you have any ongoing promotions or discounts?
We run promotions and events all year round at our local brick and mortar stores, check with your local High Limit sales staff for additional information. We do offer discounts for our front-line workers and veterans, and actively encourage them to take advantage of these exclusive offerings whenever they visit us.
